Any donations towards Mission Advancement help to improve our hospital and the patient experience; this is often a source for purchasing new, cutting-edge equipment, expanding the services we can provide, and providing advanced training/education to staff.
As a rural hospital, we serve many people who may not be able to easily find transportation, cannot afford their prescriptions, or do not have a place to stay as they recover from a procedure. This fund helps to fill those gaps and ensure that our patients are taken care of.
Whether it be a natural disaster, the loss of a loved one, or unexpected health issues that make it difficult to make ends meet, our Employee Support Fund helps lift up those who are facing extreme hardships until they can get back on their feet.
Donors can elect to support a specific area, such as the Mahr Cancer Center, Emergency Department, Mother-Baby, Pediatric Therapy, or any other unit in our facilities.
Each year, scholarships are awarded to students in our local nursing program, ensuring that we are able to keep our units staffed with homegrown talent.
