Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Therapy

At Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville, we are fully committed to addressing the needs of our patients throughout their lifecycle. Because of this, we offer care to both women and men specially designed for their unique physical and emotional needs.

Special Therapies for Women
For many women, pregnancy, labor and delivery are life-changing events that require expert, compassionate care. Other women may need specialized surgeries over the course of their life, including hysterectomy (the removal of the uterus).

We are proud to be the only provider in the area to offer specialized therapies for women. These therapies address common female issues that can be overlooked and underdiagnosed.

Some of our specialized therapies for women include:

  • Sacroiliac (joint where the hip and spine meet) realignment post-pregnancy
  • Lumbar (lower back) issues post-pregnancy
  • Special needs post-hysterectomy
